Tracey van Putten, Candidate for Honorary Mayor of Rancho Bernardo

July 18, 2017 in Mortgage - Loan Officer, News

I am Tracey van Putten, candidate for Honorary Mayor of Rancho Bernardo.

As a Loan Officer with Skyline Home Loans in Rancho Bernardo, I have dedicated my career to helping my clients realize their dreams of homeownership here in our local community.

A little bit about myself-

I am running for Honorary Mayor because I know it is a fantastic way to give back to this amazing community that has provided such a rich and wonderful experience for my family of four children – all of whom graduated from the Poway Unified School District.

The Rancho Bernardo Business Association has been integral in my life over the past few years. I have made great connections with so many great people who I am proud to have as friends and business associates. I now serve on the Board of Directors for the RBBA and am the Membership Chair. I have chosen to Run for Honorary Mayor to raise awareness about this amazing organization and help the RBBA grow to be even a greater benefit to Rancho Bernardo and the surrounding communities.

I am also a long-time member of the Church at Rancho Bernardo, and an active member of the Rancho Bernardo Sunrise Rotary where I serve on the Board as Co-Chair of the Fundraising Committee which alongside Urge Gastropub, Co-Sponsors a hugely popular annual event each October at Webb Lake Park called “Rancho BEERnardo” raising money for 20+ local charitable organizations.

As a lender, I am active with the local Real Estate Boards and am also a member of North County Referrals, a Rancho Bernardo networking group that meets every Friday morning.  I formerly served as Treasurer for the Rancho Bernardo Toastmasters – a great group for honing your public speaking skills!

In my spare time I enjoy hiking, biking and travelling, especially to visit with friends and family all over the US, and occasionally to Mexico – either to help build a home with my Rotarian friends for a deserving family just South of the Border, or to Puerto Vallarta where my favorite Adventures are ziplining thru the jungle, rappelling down a waterfall or just paddle boarding in a remote cove.

To raise funds for the RBBA, our campaign will be holding a fabulous fiesta on July 26th, from 5:30 – 8:00 pm, with great food and beverages, music, silent and live auctions and more. Tickets for this AND for our Opportunity Drawing for an all-inclusive week-long getaway for two with airfare at an Exclusive Four Diamond Resort in Puerto Vallarta can be obtained at:  http://traceyvanputtenformayor.com/ or by contacting me directly at:  tvanputten@skylinehomeloans.com
